Changed your mind? No problem. Find our instructions below and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.
Warner House items that are made to order or cut to length are non-refundable. With most of our items being bespoke, we always recommend ordering samples before you place an order to make sure you are happy with your choice. We have a comprehensive sample service, with all of our fabric, wallpaper, trimming and paint available to be sent to you as swatches or samples.
Returning in-stock items
As our cushions and notebooks are available from stock, you are able to return these items if you have changed your mind. These items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To generate a returns note, you must contact our customer care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 0330 055 2995. Please provide the following information:
Your order number
The item(s) you are looking to return
The reason for your return
Your contact number.
You must communicate with our customer care team before you attempt to return an item. Upon receiving your request, the team will generate a free returns label for you, so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself.
Subject to the item being returned in its original condition, we will issue the refund within 5 working days of the receipt of the item, with the refund being made to the original payment method. We will contact you if we have any queries about your return.
Incorrect or faulty items
In the unlikely situation that you receive the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact our customer services department immediately by calling +44 (0)330 055 2995 or sending an email to email@example.com. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first as we must firstly investigate this before advising you as to the outcome.
